Resources on Intersex and Genital Development for Medical Curricula

This video is a recorded 2021 intersex health and justice education event at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. The recorded lecture covers intersex basics, human rights violations within medicine, medical and surgical research, diverse personal narratives of navigating the medical system as an intersex person, current Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH) medical treatments, problems with "nerve-sparing" clitoroplasties, affirming, and gender inclusive and trauma-informed alternatives to the current standard of care.  Download the slide deck here.
This is the recording of our follow-up 2022 intersex health and justice education event at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai for medical students and healthcare providers.
